Introducing The Grove

We are excited to unveil The Grove, an innovative initiative designed to elevate our community and drive the adoption of UGC on Web3. With a fresh approach and a strong foundation, we are ready to take our community to new heights in 2024 and beyond.

From Advocates to Ambassadors

Historically, Web3 community members were known as “Advocates,” dedicated individuals who passionately supported the product. Moving forward, the term ‘Oranger’ will describe the entire Orange Web3 community while the dedicated Ambassador program will be known as The Grove.

Meet The Grove

Members of The Grove are the elite force driving the growth and adoption of our Layer 1 User-Generated Content (UGC) platform. Think of them as the special ops unit of the Orange Web3 community. If Delta Force and the SAS had a child, it would be a member of The Grove. If the world's top scientists gathered in a room to build the perfect human, there's a good chance it would grow to be a Grove Keepers.

And that’s what we’ll call them: Grove Keepers. These individuals are built differently, embodying excellence and innovation in everything they do.

To unlock the true potential of Orange Web3, we need your involvement. As the saying goes, "If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go further, go with Orange Web3." Our community is filled with incredibly intelligent, creative, and driven individuals who are not afraid to take initiative. Together, we can achieve greatness.

The Grove is designed for those passionate about advancing the Orange Web3 network's interests. With ambitious goals set for 2024 and beyond, we need your help to reach them.

Program Structure

The Grove consists of three stages:

• Grove Sprouts (Trial)
• The initial stage for those eager to become more involved.
• Demonstrate consistent contributions over 4 weeks to progress to full Grove Sprouts status.
• Grove Keepers (Ambassadors)
• Full members focusing on their allocated specialties (detailed below).
• Supported by the Orange Web3 team and other Grove Sprouts.
• Freedom to pitch ideas and lead initiatives.
• Main goal: Drive awareness and engagement for Orange Web3.
• Depending on contribution, Grove Keeper can be paid from $100 to $400 per month.
• Grove Masters (Senior Ambassadors)
• Recognized for significant and consistent contributions.
• Lead the community in specific regions with higher responsibilities.
• Compensation: $200-$400 USD of ORNG (or JUC?) per month based on contributions.

The Grove Roles

Grove Sprouts can specialize in one of the following roles, with the possibility of overlapping responsibilities:

• Event Host
• Organize and run community meetups and events, both online and offline.
• Introduce newcomers to Orange Web3 and scale events to grow the community.
• Create networks of Orange Web3 Hubs worldwide.
• Community Champion
• Generalists involved in various aspects of Orange Web3.
• Active on social media and within crypto communities to promote Orange Web3.
• Lead community initiatives, help newcomers, and troubleshoot issues.
• Content Creator
• Produce content to explain and promote Orange Web3 to a wider audience.
• Includes blogs, infographics, tutorials, and more.
• Suitable for graphic designers, bloggers, YouTube/Twitch creators, etc.
• Requires approval from the Orange Web3 team before release.
• Tech Ambassador
• Engage with the tech community, answering questions and troubleshooting.
• Develop resources for learning about Orange Web3 technologies.
• Bring useful projects and community feedback to the Orange Web3 team.

How to Apply

• Join the-Grove channel: We will have an open channel in Orange Web3 Discord. This is your chance to ask questions and learn more about the program.
• Engage with the Community: Increase your activity within the Orange Web3 community to boost your chances.

• Interview Process: Shortlisted candidates will be interviewed by team members.
• Trial Period: Successful candidates will become Grove Sprouts (Trial Ambassadors) for 4 weeks.
• Review and Advancement: After 8 weeks, candidates will have a review call and may advance to full Grove Keeper status.

Selection Process

• Application Form:
• Collect basic information
• Ask about experience in community management, content creation, and other relevant fields.
• Include questions about their understanding of the project and why they want to be an ambassador.
• Interview Rounds:
• Round 1: Initial Screening
• Round 2: Skills Assessment
• Round 3: Final Interview
